Returns Policy

No Returns or Exchanges on Sale or Discounted Items
Items purchased on sale or at a discount cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Period
Eligible items can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unused, unwashed, and unaltered.

  • Have all original tags attached and include the original packaging.

  • Be shipped from the same country where the order was delivered.

Shipping Instructions for Returns

  • Use a reliable shipping service with tracking. We are not responsible for items lost in transit without tracking.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • For international returns, the cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether it is approved. If approved:

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received the refund, please contact us at info@iris-persica.com.
You will receive email confirmation when your return is received and your refund is processed.

Exchanges

Please note that exchanges are not applicable. We are unable to offer replacements or exchanges for any items.

  • Orders for customers in Europe are typically shipped within 5-7 working days.

  • During sales periods, shipments may be delayed by 2-3 working days.

  • Some items are crafted in limited quantities; availability is not always guaranteed. If an item is unavailable or delayed, shipping times may be longer than usual. We will keep you informed about your order status via email or telephone.
